Stress Less With Mindfulness
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. It has a variety of research-backed impacts, including reduction in stress, anxiety and depression, and improvements in job satisfaction, emotional regulation, and focus.
During this interactive mindfulness workshop we will practice mindful breathing and eating. We’ll discuss being kind to our mind (self-compassion), thought surfing and the serious business of laughter.
